Automated recommendation engine that assists sellers and landlords to find the ideal customers for their properties.
Features
- The process start with a questionnaire that determines the users’ property preferences. Questions include preferred location, type of accommodation, size and budget.
- The system includes a collaborative filtering algorithm that smartly analyses the users likes with those of users with similar preferences.
- The recommendation tool collates user choices based on the users’ feedback. It calculates a statistical score from the data.
